Fit yes
Work properly, no
Why would they fit but not work? Didn't really help...
I've put my bk Cobb springs in a bl neo and they work just fine , so it works the other way

May have to re ask the question not, caring about the ride height, how the car will drive, or how it feels, just if the springs will go in the car and if the car will drive with them... lol
I believe so

Yes they will fit, dont think the spring rate changed the dampers were changed in the gen2. The ride height changed this is the difference (im 95% sure ) So teh Gen 1 will sit different and so you should change the dampers as well (this is what i would do).
There are more changes to the Gen2 the body sites lower to the chassis, this improved body roll. When you are under both you can see the difference. Suspension travel is a bit different as well as the shocks are different lengths.
This is the difference between Gen1 and Gen2 in rear shocks
The gen 2 doesnt have the longer steel bush through the rubber.
The Gen 2 shock is taller to the bump stop. BUT bottom of shock to top of piston rod is the same height
What im saying is do shocks and springs... rant finished
