I just swapped my evo5 for a 2000 sp20, i was very disappointed but at least now all the little problems are being fixed, now after 5 weeks i love the little thing.
Being a beginner i have no idea how to post photos but the thing is pretty cool, maybe the original builder is still a member.
2litre T03 turbo, custom air intake, front mount, 3 inch exhaust, coil overs on each corner, braided lines everywhere, corvette slotted front rotors with 2 pot calipers, forged flat tops, full kicker competion stereo, ps2, dynoed at 20psi over boost to 206fwkw i was told it ran a 12.4.
Any experts that want a looksee and tell me more i am open to that.
Thought i would just explain why this car was disappointing at the start, fuel leak, $10 of premimium was dumped on victoria rd in the space of 5k's, ebded up being a hose clamp cut through an aluminium joiner on the braided fuel system, then the bloody wheel started squeaking, front right wheel bearing and new hub, had enough by then good job they fixed the oil leak from one of the hoses for free and some selleys putty fixed the crack around the fillier cap of the raiator.............. rear brake pads next. Thanks very much to the previous owner, i am glad the evo was blowing blue smoke.
