    Default R.I.P. Piasini

    Well all i have had my 40k service and the pcm update has removed my tune.

    Now as you all are aware the tune is no-longer available, so that leaves me tuneless.

    The question is what do i do about tuning the car back to its grunty best (its weak now with stock tune).

    I am not keen to cut any of the loom which narrows the options.

    ^^ Aaron, Wayne still has the orginal tool! Whether he is willing to send it to you and walk you through how to flash the car is another thing. Give him a call mate.

    Piasini pulled sponorship from OMC and the two extra tools (mine and sams) have been sent back to Italy.

    I know you dont want to cut the loom but XEDE is your only option......you could probably give Chiptorque a call again but i guess you would just get the standard "the flash is almost finalised " answer.
    I thought MattMPS3 knew of a way to hide the XEDE connection, maybe give him a PM....

    Hey Corey, ok mate thats an option.

    I believe you can get a PnP adaptor for the Xede (maybe from the US). This would then be an option also.

    Also it would be good to get some real timeframe from CT in regards to this damn Flash tool.

    Standback is okay, but has its downsides..
    If it was up to me the only option would be XEDE.

    Xede is pretty much it now...it is good but yeah you gotta have the money to spend.

    I'm also curious about this, I can source a xede ecu for a good price, just not happy with the fact that you have to cut wires.

    If there is a plug and play setup for the xede, whats it like to remove and re install? (when its time to get serviced at the dealership)

    Anybody got a status on the AP? Are Cobb going to still release in OZ or is that dead as per the recent developements in the US?
