i seriously remember watching an aussie motoring show on channel 31 about 15 years ago when the S14 200SX was just starting to get popular - and they were at the drags filming this supposedly credible guy who was showing everyone how to make the car 'go hard' but taking the vacc line off the wastegate actuator and blocking it with a screw.
We've come a long way with turbo cars since then huh.....
I just did this to my MPS, as well as the coolant bypass... car threw the code as soon as it started haha... will have to wait till I'm back at work to load up ATR, doesn't work with Win8
Edit, just had to Re Download ATR with the new 2013 options, now it works with Win8

From stock, to GT3071, to substantially less modded, many lessons learned!

I've run these mods for over a week now, nothing but good things, car runs cooler, better fuel econ, noticeable power gains even on stupid hot days...
How would one be able to reverse this?
I don't have an AP or dash hawk? Just in case I get CEL

turn the car off and plug the connector back in
Unplugging the sensor is a permanent CEL only the AP through ATR can program the ecu to ignore the issue (not really an issue). I've tried to clear it via Dashhawk but it instantly comes back lol.
I noticed a 15kw gain after doing this..
Sorry, trolling. Back on topic
My CEL goes away when I plug the connector back in
Did the throttle body coolant bypass yesterday because of the intense heat. Took about 10 minutes all up. Gonna try this EGR mod before leaving work today and report whether I get a CEL.
