Thread: cobb tbe on a gen 2 mps or UTR?

  1. Default cobb tbe on a gen 2 mps or UTR?

    Hi

    I have tried searching but I cant seem to find reviews or a decent clip on a Cobb TBE for the gen 2 mps3??? There seems to be alot of combos such as a cp-e dump with Cobb CBE? Even Cobb website only has a vid on the CBE. Any gen 2 people with a full Cobb system care to share? and obviously would this system pull a CEL?.

    Im after that boxer like growl that seems to be more aggressive in the UTR TBE or Cobb. The UTR however from youtube even resonated has drone?

    using a different DP wont change the sound that much if at all, it's all down to how the mufflers and resonators work

    Really? My dp changed the exhaust note quite a bit however the rest of mine is std

    I mean using a Cobb vs CPE dp won't make much difference

    i have heared plenty of gen 1's with a full TBE Cobb system and it sounds great, but would it sound that much different in a gen 2? Also for design UTR and Cobb seem to be identical where there both bellmouth style DP with twin muffler outlets on CBE section
