Default Diagnose My Datalog - Cutting in 4th @ WOT

    Hello fellow tuners.

Today ive been getting some hesitation or stuttering in 4th at WOT.
Not entirely sure what it is, I know its NOT KR as my dashhawk is set to alarm anything over 0.1

If anyone has some time to look at this very short log and make some sense out of it I would be very appreciative.

I managed to catch it this afternoon however it was not as profound as this morning.

I can't see the log, but i've had both Spark Issues and Fuel Pump issues that have been cured. Found for higher up rpm the spark issue was the cause and the issue in the lower - mid rpm was the fuel pump

Can't see the log here at work (firewall) look at load cut, as it gets colder you might see some load cutting. What does it feel like when you hit it? A stutter or hitting a brick wall? I will look at the log at home, do you have a HPFP upgrade?

    that's the weird thing...
load is never >2, boost stays ~18.5psi, hpfp (autotechs) is good, but suddenly the throttle is closing, and wgdc is being pulled

even assuming @Jmac 's a retard and loaded stage 1 + TIH + IC (rather than stage 2) he still doesnt have enough boost for boost cut

Target is 19 tapering to 17.5.
    Yes I have hpfp internals...

Its not a violent cut, more of a repeated stutter (2-4 times)

Just an idea, did you adjust your throttle cut & boost cut tables 1 & 2 psi above target respectively?

Does it make a poping noise as it does it? I had to same issue about 2-4 times in the rev range with my ITV 22's, happened top end though and there wasn't anying knocking happening either.

Not sure how mine occured it happened just after installing the Fuel Pump Internals

Its jerky, hard to explain. Is it resolved now or ongoing?
Im capable of guessing what the problem was, hoping someone could look at the log and make a semi-conclusive assessment based on the data.

Yeah i fixed it with replaceing the ITV's 22s with my old plugs... The 22's were fine looking too but the issue was resolved not to sure why they were causing the issue in the first place? Anyway this never appeared on my logs (dashhawk) so just giving you a heads up

    Thanks mate.
    Maybe it was the gap?
I'm sure they were gapped properly

Sorry at @Jmac tp hijack your thread...
I have ITV24's and just assumed that when I bought them they were gapped correctly as description said Mazda (and other makes as well) I am assuming this may not be the case?
