vmx 80 in gen 1 mps 3

Hey guy! This may have been covered before but i wasnt able to find the exact answer i wanted.. Does anyone own a mps 3 GEN 1 and have replaced their gearbox oil with castrol vmx80?? I know it is reccomended on the GEN 2 but how about the GEN 1??? On the castrol site it doesnt say anything about using it on a GEN1..Has anyone put it in a GEN 1 and has it given anyone any problems?? How have they found their gearbox (cold and hot)

I used this as I read a lot of good comments about it. After having it in for 500kms i hate it! its worse than stock and is very clunky in the cold mornings! takes a while for it to warm up!

Trying reading this thread, you gotta do your research its stickied too. Read it all over 2 years of info for Gen I/GenII then make up your own mind. don't like it change again till you find the best that suits you.
