    Nice !

You get the feeling that this is going to be one of those "nicer in the flesh" designs.

I'm still more than a little tempted by this.

i love it i really do. But insurance will be nuts esp with supercharger kit cuz it has no torque and when you push the throttle in traffic u will want your mps back. Ok so you get supercharger kit on it, just cars or shannans will be your only choice. My mps gen1 no one would insure me but just cars went up $700 a year and im 33yrs old and no accidents to report!.

$700 is cheap. I pay $900 now and it's completely standard.

A V8 would ruin it, Turbo 4 or a 13B would suit it well =)

So when I was out at the cotter taking photos with Lardman we had two of them drive past us. This was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Turns out it was the toyota press guys out doing a photo shoot. So got to oggle them as they were being loaded on to the trailer to be taken away. In the flesh they are damn nice looking. Also they dont sound like a shitty boxer motor! I was quite please with what I heard and saw!

Are you serious? Surely you mean the highway.
MPS isnt going to pull away from anyone in traffic that would require traction.

I saw this car on the road today.
    Looks great in the metal!!
I gave the driver a toot and thumbs up as I went past, and at the next set of lights he had the window down ready for a yarn.
It turns out that this red car in Perth belongs to the distributor, and display/demo models will be on the floor on the 18th.
As I once said about a former flame...

    Small, but perfectly formed.

Saw one the other day, dont mind the look of them, esp from the rear. Im not a fan of the rims but each to their own.

Checked out the demo one at Melville Toyota today.
there was a que to test drive so I didn't, however sat in it and had a good look.
    very very nice. Do like!

The only thing I fear with this car is the will be like assholes, everyone will have one, and they will be the next big thing with boy racers. I like the fact you don't see many mps's

I saw a guy on P's driving an 86 down Windsor road the other day. Had to look twice to make sure. Nice looking car.
