I've been away for a week and tonight I tried to start my 3 MPS GenII and it won't start and the gauges are squealing at me!
Hehe
Is it safe to jump start my car with traditional jump leads?

Okie dokie
I'm guess most automotive places should sell em
Will go tomorrow
Peter "SLIXX"
yeah super-cheap and auto-barn should
I thought a week isn't a long time not to start your car, but I guess these newer cars have a lot more going on when the vehicle is turned off!!
I read the manual an it shows me a procedure and the correct earth point
Thanks a bunch

it's the time of year for battery to die..
was the car when trying start slow to crank over ?
Nope. It's been all good
When it says battery low on the screen. That's the remote, right?
Peter "SLIXX"
Yep that's the remote
Seems a very short time for it to go flat though. I've left mine for longer than that without incident

That's a pain Peter, is it th original battery? time for an upgrade to one of those sealed jobbies...
Well I've never changed the car battery. I'm gonna jump it tomorrow and go for a good run in it
I'll get the dealer to check out as my service (and new fuel tank) should be due soon
Peter "SLIXX"
Just jumped it and took it for a spin
Hmm really missed it after driving a Corolla all well. I do appreciate it!!
