Nankang and Performance shouldn't be used in the same sentence....

Everyone I have known try any type of Nankang tyres have been extremely disappointed and very unhappy.

That is not true at all.
You have no Idea what you are talking about :P

Myself and a mate bought some for a V8 VK commodore a while back.
They are great burnout tyres, cheap, hard and not grippy.

hehe not sure if burnout = performance, though used to know a guy with a Gemini panel van thing that could do wild burnouts but performance and Geminis don't go together either. Sorry Raven but I haven't heard anything positive about Nankangs.

Nankangs are for students who need to work their way through uni.

    I see two problems...

One - looks like you had them on the front.. how can you expect nankangs to steer??

Two - you were going around a corner.. everyone knows these are for strait lines and burnouts ONLY.

That wasn't the only time Joe spun out and hit the curb in those tyres.

    Maybe he needs driving lessons

I HAD them on my car as they came free with the wheels... I would not advise anyone to go down that path. (blew out inside of the front drivers side)

However i think its simply is a matter of you get what you pay for..

I had some 205/40/17 Nankang NS-2's on my old N14 Pulsar, they weren't THAT bad, having said that, it only had 1.6 Litres of fury going through them In the dry, they actually cornered reasonably well!
