    Default MPS3 Gearbox Assembly Diagram

Does anybody know where I can get hold of a assembly diagram for the MPS 3 gearbox?

I currently have the gearbox out as I have to get a small crack in the casing fixed and need to remove the rear casing, while I am confident I able to do it, I would like to confirm there is no gotchya's while pulling it off.

Other then that I am thinking I might have to take it to a gearbox shop so they can disassemble, weld and reassemble.

Also, can anybody confirm the acceptable movement on the dual mass flywheel? Am I right in saying that minimum movement of 3 teeth and maximum movement of 15 teeth?

    thanks guys.

also about the flywheel movement, what do you mean by the movement, is it the rotation while parked or do u have the front wheels off the ground and your spinning the wheels

If you have to scan the manual in, dont worry I know how painful that can be!

Physical unloaded flywheel rotation, gearbox is out. I am just working out if I should replace with a solid flywheel while the gearbox is out.

I'm keen for a copy of the mps6 manual if you're willing to scan it

    YES! :-)

Few extra vibes below 2k-ish rpm, but a much better setup.
