Not MPS but on the Golf which has an Oil temp guage, I ususally find then the coolant temp has reached the normal level (90 degrees) in about 5 minutes however the oil temp is still around 60-70 degrees, as the normal running oil temp is around 85 degrees I usually wait for the temps to get to that level before I give it any serious amounts of throttle - usually 10-12 minutes of normal driving
