Corksport LED Rear Reflector Replacement

After a quick Ebay search, there are also 16LED versions (For the Gen2 anyway).

All comes down to the landing cost of the Corksport ones. The 16LED Ebay ones are around $80 landed, and look much the same as the Corksport versions (same thing?).

The corksport ones come with 16 LEDs per reflector whereas the ebay one has only 8. Dont know which one to go for..

Can they be installed without removing the rear bar?

Do they still work as a reflector when not powered up?
