    Looks interesting Joel

So it has a light cut action?

How would this compare to the Hydro-Tech Crimson, which is what I've been using for finishing?

    Hi Dan

They are quite aggressive but finish down very well. More aggressive than the Crimson. They are marketed at DA polishing where people are getting faster cutting results but still finishing down well.

Ahhh ok. Too aggressive for a glaze like Amigo then?

Sounds like they might work well in conjunction with products like Optimum Finish or Polish II?

Just trying to get a feel for where they sit and whether they could potentially fill any gaps in my current pad collection

As you have stepped up to rotary use mate, to be honest the hole they might fill has gotten much smaller

Not for use with Amigo. They are for use with say Hyper Compound, Hyper Polish etc. Where dual action polishers struggle to remove swirls, these pads will give some more grunt without sacrificing on quality of finish.

    Ah, ok got you now

Having said that, they could be interesting to experiment with on the random orbital. Might maybe buy some in the new year for sh1ts and giggles to see how they fare

Yeah mate, you never know. You might find that you like them better than some other pad you use. These ones can be used on rotary as well. They use a different foam backing to the Megs DA system which reduces heat transfer.
