    Hey guys!

So you have a white MPS6....

Welcome!! My suggestion on rims would be stock painted (cheaper option) or black 19"s

    Black rims/white car =

Looks like it might be lowered?

Hey thanks for the welcome guys!
Big fan of your car rogwick! I never really considered painting the stocks black but your ones look sweet as! Are they powder coated? Any idea on a rough cost? Would love to get it done to mine!!

    Welcome.

I also spy a bonnet decal and an MPS badge on the side skirt? Definitely looks lowered too. And don't get me started on the Evo 9 next to it............

Rims are definitely stock though, but before you do any other common mods you might want to make sure the previous owner didn't do them! Eg Shifter bushings, rear engine mount, shocks. Good base to work from anyhow!

    Thanks mate

Welcome to check out my thread if you like (click the RR on my sig)

Yep, painting them is definitely cheaper and also looks pretty good yet still retains a stock standard appeal.

They're 2-Pak painted, looking around $150 a rim professionally done (rough figure) Red callipers are a nice contrast too if that's your thing

That's what I have as well. Thinking about taking the skirt one off and doing something different...

    Welcome to the forum dude!

As for the wheels choice id stay with the stockies and paint them black like rogwick has with his white mps6! I personally think that combo goes hand in hand. But thats just me!

    Cheers Lee

Looks beautiful, love the 6 in white ... very stylish

Id go for wider wheels personally an 8" rim in a dark colour black/graphite etc ... 8" so you can run wider tyres on them, the stock rim/tyres for me just look way too skinny for this car and the tyres are ridiculously expensive in stock size

Hmm maybe this is Nickows old car ?

    Welcome welcome!

Enjoy your new car mate, they're gorgeous.

Also, another +1 for painting stock rims black. either that, or buy these titanium charcoal tenzo cusco's: http://www.ozmpsclub.com/forum/membe...nzo-cuzco.html

    Welcome, MPS63.
    What a great looking car!
Makes the Evo look like a shopping trolley.
I think AutoOne have a special colour for MPS6 rims- it's called "brake dust grey"
    Makes cleaning so much easier.
