    That's their problem, it's a legal system, tell them they're more than welcome to climb under and have a look.

    Oh so the CP-E downpipe with 1 cat is legal? I thought it was illegal because the car came factory with 2 cats, removing 1 made it illegal. Now I feel safe to buy it..

    You'll be fine. It's your unboxed SRI and Atmo BOV that they will take issue with...... If you have either of these. They are not going to crawl around under the car looking for a cat.

    As far as I know, cars require one (minimum) catalytic converter. The MPS meets that standard with the Cp-E unit I'm pretty sure. Also, the last thing they would pick on is the exhaust on the MPS as reedy suggested the intake/BOV will cause more attention when you pop the hood. Most cops I know are too big to fit under an MPS and have a look
