    Default ACT Clutch Kit

    Item: ACT Street Clutch Kit
    Location:hunter
    Item Condition:good -2000ks old
    Reason for selling:got new clutch kit
    Price and price conditions:$400 CHEAP!
    Extra Info:This wasnt right for my car didnt work properly, how much of this was installer error i dont know.. THIS IS WHY ITS CHEAP.. I accept no responsiblity for this item when fitted. It would only work on half clutch pedal, ACT say its the correct clutch for our cars ' fits up fine adjustment was the issue

    Is it missing the thrust bearing carrier Luke?
    Thats a good investment none the less people.

    It will fit our cars, told by ACT... was it fitters error???....................

    Having just fitted an Exedy to my 6, the thrust bearing required a large carrier to allow for the thin-ness of the new single mass flywheel...

    Did your kit come with such a piece?

    if this didnt fit, what did you get that did?

    It will fit! look back at post 7 from victa, i think this was the problem teh thrust bearing not being extended... WIll prob work with stock fly wheel...... cheap option for $200

    Hell yes, for $200 this is a steal! My Exedy cost me $1600, and I am sure this cost somewhere in that ballpark by the time it was delivered...

    Attached is a pic of mine as it arrived... The silver ring sitting next to the Koyo bearing box is the thrust bearing adapter (the bearing itself is IN the box). It's hard to see but that carrier is about 40mm thick... bearing goes on one end, clutch fork goes on the other.

    Maybe contact ACT and see if their setup uses similar?

    Sadly I do not beleive that this will bolt up to the stock flywheel...
