First true test of the garage lighting today is a resounding success
Lots of micro scratches and water marks needing correction
Qtr of the roof done
Still a fair way to go

I love your passion but 20years ago Dan , spending that much money just to clean your car , I suppose with my neck and back problems it hurts just watching your garage , great job mate just an excuse for a famous CAFE' , don't get me wrong I love my cars but your killing me....* takes two more forte's *.
Like sand in the hour glass are the days of my life.
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same.
You will be in our prays
Leelu.
Thanks Rino
Part of it for me I reckon, besides what I listed above, is the fact that I spend my work week in an office tapping at a computer.
It's relaxing for me to get out and do something vaguely energetic

This morning more lights went in
Another bank of fluoro's, horizontal under the initial pair on either side of the walls, to better catch the lower panels, and yet another pair mounted vertically at the rear of the garage to light around the back of cars better

Looks awesome Dan!
Although I'd be afraid to park my car in there - nowhere to hide under that level of light!
You're not wrong mate
My car might be dirty from time to time, but I know for a fact it's swirl free 99% of the time
...... there's some dirt on the tiles.
Onto that will ya?
Damned tradies lol
I'm not sure Dan, I think there is a bigger issue lurking. Is detailing just a cover for your addiction to fluro's? We haven't seen inside your house yet. Perhaps you have a secret room with floor to ceiling covered in lights.
Still, it's a handy thing to have when you're a detailer
The fluro's fittings do look pretty slick though? What's the colour? Tri phosphorus something? Forget the term.
Haha thanks mate
They're Tri phosphor T5 (cool white) lamps. Pretty standard fare. Nothing really exotic. There's just a whole lot of them now

Looks very professional.
Of course, he is a professional. In fact one could call him a professer of detailing.
Its all bullshit, without a coffee machine and good chair for the customers ,or members!
