He says it will work for 3 and 6...
I so want one!
That is just awesome.
What a brainiac.
Me too!
It says later in there that the screens are the same in 3 & 6's but everything behind the screen is different

I honestly think everyone will have one..well prob 80-90% of us.
Does anyone here have the ability to make something like this ?

well I'd assume that the CAN readings he is grabbing "should" be the same. We may just have to wire that into a different place.
I wonder how different the screen actually is. wether it's different wires needed or it's actually programmed differently.
Screen is same from what i read, but the issue is wiring behind the screen might be different. If this can clear CEL's and give error messages OMG i would pay decent money
as long as you have the tech design details..circuit board, layout guide and componants. Making it would be easy prob need a hour or 2 with the soildering iron .
Many want Power not many hold it long.........
He's sellin them for $220us

My brother has one of these for his '8; cute device - main use as boost gauge and temps. Many people who got one are very dissapointed that Pieter has stop activity on the forums and providing support, not sure what it's like now.
Pieter, I think, said he was going to release schematics and program/code etc., but never did. If he does I'd be happy to offer some of my electrical expertise getting one running for a 6... but I lack a lot of time and the test equipment (wihtout "borrowing from work") and don't want to pull my own car apart as a test bench.
