    Wink New MPS6 Owner!

    Hey guys,

I'm Rohan from Sydney, NSW. Been lurking on this forum for a few months now and have read and learnt a lot of these cars which has pushed me to buy one!

Have put a deposit down and am picking up a 2006 MPS6 in Velocity Red this Saturday and can't wait to pick it up!

Already have a whole list compiled of parts I want to get for the 6MPS!

    In terms of past history

    had a

    S14a 200SX with 240rwkw (owned it for 4 years)
Fully built up from the ground up as I bought it as a stocker back in 2005

Then I owned a Toyota Chaser JZX100 for 1.5 years
    had 220rwkw

    And then finally,

    owned a 1998 R33 Skyline M Spec with 306rwkw for about 6 months

Am a regular on forums such as JDMST etc and am a moderator on HardTuned.net!

Can't wait to start on this new MPS6!

Will post up some pics once I pick it up on Saturday!

Thanks for reading and hope to speak to you all soon!

Hi mate and welcome, nice list of cars you have there. I was very close to buying a chaser before the MPS but I thought they are stating to date a little bit now.
You will enjoy the MPS, don't expect the same level of power as the skyline though without alot of work

    Thanks mate!
Yeah the Chasers are starting to date, but god it was an awesome car! Was practically unbreakable engine, box, diff wise!

Haha yeah I'm not expecting to get massive power out of the MPS, looking to build a nice stealth car with a bit of go from factory and maybe do some small additions soon to get some more of the MPS!

But first will be all SURE mounts etc so I can make sure nothing will break!

OL Thanks for all the nice welcomes guys! I've been real lagging due to work and WTAC this week!

And SarcasticOne, sorry for cutting you off dude, that part on Vic Road leading to Anzac Bridge is a pain! Haha

So, I said good bye to the Skyline on Saturday morning

And then picked up the 6 MPS also on Saturday morning! Awesome car!! I'm loving it so far (albeit a bit underpowered compared to my previous cars but still very zippy)

Had some Pedders lowered springs I purchased second hand waiting for them, so put them in on Saturday afternoon as a temporary basis whilst I get my coilovers in a month or so!

    Heres how she sits now

Have already ordered some more bits for it, will come in upcoming posts

Oh wow, Addy's bro.. how are you mate! Long time no see!

So I accentuated my bulge yesterday

Also put on a special prototype BOV on today through work (which I'm not allowed to disclose any details of!)
