Hey guys, I'm about to buy a 2005 MPS6 and just thought i would get involved with this forum as soon as possible

Cant wait to share info and expereinces with most, if not all members !
Because you are all more experienced than i am with the lifestyle of the MPS6,
what are your opinions ? Pros and Cons ? Does it really make 190KW as stated in redbook (doubt it) !

    Welcome to the forum.

As above, a lot of info on here to search through which should help you get an idea of pros/cons etc.

Re - power output: You will find that's pretty much what they make at the engine. People around here talk in numbers 'at the wheels' 99% of the time though and a lot of people are getting decent power out of these cars.

Don't worry about numbers. Dyno vs Dyno comes down to how is configured that will disappoint all Dyno queens out there.

    Bum Dyno's are the best!

Hey Slapy, you may come to regret coming onto this forum putting the boot into the car you're about to buy. It's why these cars rock buddy. 190kws...from the engine... Believe it!

    Hello and welcome!

Yes, it makes 190KW.. But the point you are missing is car manufacturers quote power at the FLYWHEEL. Always.

The 6MPS is an awesome car, you cant go wrong. Enjoy!
