Hey all, What would be the best avenue to follow to get money back of mps garage from NZ ?.
I paid buy credit card so saw the bank but they could do nothing because it was longer than 60 days.
( I doubt they deliver valve stem caps in less than that ! ). Given up on e mails . Has anyone had similar
problems to me and something has worked for them. ?. Its $ 1700 from last August so its not like just a set of plugs
or something. Any ideas appreciated. Cheers Guys.

I am thinking of getting a flight over soon !. They were the first company i used when i started modding my 6. So not only
Did they extend my mod time waiting forever for shit to come that never did But they have also sucked up so much of my time and energy
trying to get my money back for the same parts that came from good suppliers in weeks ! Angry is an understatement.

RedDjinn is on the money, you are boned. They have your money and squeezing it out of hem will be harder than squeezing blood from a stone.

If you were australian, I'd say contact NSW Office of Fair Trading who help mediate between you and them (I had some luck this approach way last year with a warranty issue). Not sure if you have this option being from NZ, but you can give it a shot. Send them an email and explain your situation.

And you have probably done this already, but send iirps a stern email that you are dissatisfied and want either your parts or your money back, else you will contact the office of FT/a lawyer.

I hope you have a stress-ball.

I must say the service i have had from Street Unit Edge Auto sport and even E Bay has been great in getting parts to NZ.
