If you have an SG II, and are running the leaked 4.1.2 ROM, then you qualify for a free 50GB "upgrade" on your drop-box account... :D
Not that I have tried it yet as I don't use any of that...

For me I had a $2 coin rattling around in the area where the jack and tools hides... :)
Chris.
After the smash i drove it off the road and turned it off.
after that i didn't drive it again until i got it back, so i couldn't say...
Mine came back both better and worse... Brand new freshly...
Sigh... :(
The front crash bar is a bolt on item... I did this just before last Xmas...
My radiator was smooshed into the inlet manifold somewhat, the dipstick tube got mangled! (and the...
Yup... the shuddering is most likely your rear tires...
AWD demands exactly matched size tires to avoid binding of the drivetrain, the centre diff (clutch pack for us) specifically.
Chris.
LOL... first google result for "black 6"... C57BL/6 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
If VAD44 id a good name for a 3 then LUK3 must be a good name for the superior 6... :p

Chris.
Indeed, advertising... I have noticed a sad lack of the MPS model in the Mazda 3 TV ad that shows off all the other variants... And as I said in a previous comment, a Mazda owner I spoke to who was...
Most of the people that I know (mostly Holden lovers) consider Mazda's to be overpriced Fords, with massively overpriced parts...
And FWD is a killer "feature" for many... any car that did not...
On a similar note... a man who came to my house to buy some MX-6 parts told me that he refused to update his MX-6 to a Mazda 6 because "Mazda will never build the REAL Mazda 6!"
He was stunned to...
I was having a look at this the other day while I had things apart... do you really need the shield to cover the whoe bottom of the IC?
Could you get similar effects by just making the heat shield...

Pic 1 looks good, but pic 2 looks a tad dodgy... is that a house brick? :p
Chris.
I guess this is where the extra room in the 6 is a plus... once the intake resonator is out of the way you have easy access to all the cold air you want right below the airbox... just gotta get mine...
Mmm, been thinking I need an airbox to go around the filter on my SRI... have recently seen IATs well above ambient, and even above BAT... Turning on the aircon is like setting the filter on fire......
Additionally... posts on US forums seem to indicate that no matter what you do, the leak will return in time...
Looking at the design of the case, all power going through it is trying to pry the...
That is the downside to in-line 4-cylinder engines... no amount of balance shafts and plasticne engine mounts will get rid of the horrid 4-cylinder-tractor-engine buzz, it is an inherent "feature" of...
Quick fix? BWAHAHAHA... I wish... :(
6-8 hours is about right, but your hourly rate seems a tad high, is that Mazda rates?
If not fixed... depends on the severity of the leak... if not leaking...
And from recent experience... 1/4 turn of the spanner is the difference between no vibes + clunky shifts and vibes + solid shifts... NFI on the torque... :p
Chris.
with the exedy Sport Tuff HD clutch I had extra vibes if I loaded the engine up below 3k-ish RPM.
Otherwise no extra vibes at all...
CPe REM makes more vibes than the SingleMass flywheel did......
Mmm, Freeway on-ramps are fun... but it is indeed amazing how many people have no idea how to use them. People meander slowly down them hoping for a gap big enough to slot into then accelerate up to...
When I had my clutch done recently I had a CPE REM installed.
Initially I noticed no extra vibrations, but did develop a slight creaky/clunk over the next week or two.
Once back up on the hoist...
first one was from Autobahn in Melton, who ordered it direct from Exedy.
Second I've came through them as well.
Cheers.

Sigh, have done this twice now... :)
First up was stock clutch to Exedy HD with solid flywheel. This clutch was good, hooked up like nothing else, and was easy to ride. Hard on the leg though,...
Getting parts from Japan sucks...
When I smashed my car just before xmas, they had to order a pair of headlights and 1 headlight washer from Japan... The headlights took 3 months, and the washer...
