And she's all done! Been for a few test drives and a couple of WOTs. Nothing leaking and no strange noises.
I still have to put two more heat shields and the undertray back on tomorrow, and clean up...
Oh and no, don't think you could bolt on a high flow cat (and keep the factory exhaust from the DP back the way it is now)
Yeh it will do the job, I believe there's a few guys on the U.S. forums running the ATP DP who are happy with them.
It's a v-band flange but it comes with an adaptor for our stock turbo flange to...
Ok well the new turbo is in, was a real pain getting the bolts for the oil return line to line up without anyone to hold the turbo for me.
Just need to put the dump pipe and manifold back in...
How much of the heat shielding can I leave off?
I was thinking of just putting the manifold shielding back on as well as the shields around the brake cylinder, etc...
Ok well the turbo is out. No major dramas just a lot of swearing really.
I'm gonna take a break for a few hours then go and clean everything up (coolant, oil, etc...).
I'll also re-organise all...
Thanks for the tips :)
I've soaked everything in penetrene and I'll spray some Inox (similar to WD40) on there tomorrow as well.

Here's a pic of my progress today, pretty much ready to remove the DP and manifold.
Note the black oil on the compressor outlet of the turbo!
Today and tomorrow I'm replacing my turbo as its been plastering the intercooler with oil.
I have a second hand K04 from eBay that will get me by until I can get a BNR S3.
Anyway I was quite...
Wouldn't have thought the fact its Mac hardware would have anything to do with it so long as Windows is installed correctly with the correct drivers. Weird...

Omg I want one so bad! They look hawt
Do you reckon it will work ok on a Mac running Windows 7 in VMware using USB-passthrough?
Every second reply on that forum is DONATE DONATE DONATE!
They have some great info and discussions but in general everyone is a bit rude on there I find. Could just be a yank thing....
Yeh that's a great idea except I really love my washer fluid!, I use it like every day and when it gets low and I'm too lazy to fill it up because of a long day at work I get really frustrated not...
Hi Steve.
HPFP is one of the supporting mods I'd planned, either the CP-E pump or do the internals with a kit myself.
Hi Steve,
I love the look of VersaTuner and will probably be using it when I change my turbo to a BNR stage 3 (with other supporting mods) sometime soon.
I'll probably do some basic tuning...
Here the pics link I mentioned... its for an MPS3 gen 2 I think but something similar should work for an MPS6 if you have an SRI

Mine went at 95,000kms but I suspect whoever owned the car before me wasn't particularly nice to the clutch.
Most clutch installs to date have been due to upgraded power output I suspect, but all...
Thanks that looks freaking awesome installed!
My power target is 350hp and I'll be running meth injection, so im pretty sold on the CP-E TMIC I think.
Yeh unfortunately on an MPS6 you lose your...
Sorry to dig up an old thread but I contacted Lotek about the RHD triple gauge pod for an MPS6 and he said it wasn't available.
No way we're getting the minimum order of 40 is there :(
Hi Guys,
I'm having the never-ending FMIC vs TMIC debate with myself and am leaning towards the CP-E TMIC for a few reasons:
1. Price
2. I want to keep my washer bottle
3. Stealth
4. Turbo...

OK so I spoke to a bunch of guys on the U.S. forums who are running ACT kits and nearly all of them are happy. Those that weren't got a dodgy batch of pressure plates early on which were replaced for...
