So any headway or discovery on the issue, sounds like safe mode to me, try an ecu reset if you cant find anything obvious.
Once you start pushing the timing either with meth or eth and the TQ approaches 400 your days are numbered.
I use a lint free paper towel made by Marcal, and the contact cleaner I use is made by CRC.
I don't see anything that jumps out at me on the log, and as the other lads were saying it could be blowout of spark. Is there a difference on the cut from cold to warm ambient temperatures? Also try...
Can't see the log here at work (firewall) look at load cut, as it gets colder you might see some load cutting. What does it feel like when you hit it? A stutter or hitting a brick wall? I will look...
I also clean, the vice, the tools, the exterior of the pump and use lint free rags. Just make believe you have O.C.D.
I have done something on the order of 15 or 18 fuel pump internals (autotechs and kmd) with no failures. Just use proper hygiene, wear nitrile gloves when doing the install. I put two pair on and once...
I run 16" wheels with winter tyres in the cold months, and switched to 17x8.5 with 245/45's for summer. The 17's are lighter and the rubber is cheaper. BTW one of my mates (doubleflusher on MSF)runs...

Well here is my little review of the lightened crank pulley that I had Pablo aka @SPEED6 KILLAH —install for me. The install is straight forward and the instructions are comprehensive allthough Pablo...

Ask doubleflusher, check out his video under member multimedia on this forum. I got to ride in it and it is a beast. I like the air to water inter-cooler in the first video in the post ^^^above.
Talk to Eric at Edge, ask him for the Nator discount!
Check your rear swaybar end links, tighten them down while you are under there just remember to hold back with a 6mm allen wrench. Also check the rear diff mount. Good luck.

Just wanted to chime in here, I have been running an Autotech pump for 20,000 miles now and the passed 5k on a 50% e85 mix without a hickup. The install takes all of 45 minutes I. Would use a nylon...
