Welcome aboard!
There's an informal meet happening tonight (3/1/14).
We're meeting at D'roost Chickens, 129 Terminus St Liverpool @ 8pm and then on to Krispy Kreme, Orange Grove Rd, Warwick Farm @...
Nice :)
Looks nice! What size tyres did you fit?
Welcome aboard!
You can also find us on Facebook.
Search for OzMPSclub.
You're missing a pair of alloy collars that clamp onto the bar just in board of each of the bushes. I think you can buy spares from Whiteline.
For some pics, check out post #20 in this thread....
Have a look at Shift Knobs | TWM Performance Shift Knob Store
If I'm not working that day, I intend to do the entire run.
Welcome!
We also have a Facebook page in the same name.
Keep an eye out for our casual meets and cruises.
I suspect the longer end links will reduce the angle & stress on the ball joints.
Here's hoping they work!
I bet the owner is a Tupperware rep...
OK. Well, that's not the issue...
My Gen 2 is on stock suspension using the stock end links and my Whiteline RSB doesn't seem to deflect the end links too much.
I've had it on there for about 700...
Is that red item an aftermarket rear under body brace? I imagine this would be making the rsb sit a little further back (depending on how thick the plates are)
Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question...
Are these calipers ABS compatible?
Thanks mate, I didn't think to look at another manufacturer's install instructions.
BTW, I bought a Whiteline RSB.
Hi guys,
can someone please tell me what torque setting they used to do up the bolts for the D-clamps?
I'm planning on using loctite anyway, but I'd like to torque them to close to factory spec....
How much fuel were you carrying at the time?
Hitting the brakes hard enough might have tricked the fuel sensor in to thinking you had no fuel left.
My 2010 Gen 2 has stock suspension and wore the tyres out in 26000 kms.
The cause was the amount of non-adjustable negative camber on the rear wheels.
Rotating the tyres simply destroyed the inside...
I agree. W5W and T10 are the same fitting.
I noticed when I fitted the cree globes to my fogs that they didn't lock in as tightly as the originals.
Maybe it's a vibration problem...
I may have to replace good ab muscles with dogged determination... ;)
Yay!
Thanks Peter. I was not looking forward to removing the rear bar. :)
Thank you for the feedback.
Cheers
Hi everyone,
I know this thread is a year old, but it's only now that I'm considering getting some of these...
Can they be installed without removing the rear bar?
Do they still work as a...
I currently have fitted T10's with a single CREE led and projector lens.
They're apparently rated at 5W.
They throw a lot of light forward but don't 'fill' the area with light particularly well.
I...
That's ok Brad. It was a nice idea while it lasted :)
