Oh yeah! Still got nothing on the bike at full noise but she's definitely a lot quicker after the tune
Pretty much mate, still got work to do on it but the car is on the back burner. So far she's about 22psi at redline and moving well
I'm a maybe. I'm still having unresolved issues getting on the forum from my work computer (where I spend most of my time) so sorry for the slow response. Also super busy at the moment. I hate how...
Hi guys, I just got back in the country from Holiday, sorry I couldn't make it or reply much. How did this go?
I'm keen for a chat-up if I'm back in the country by then and have time
I planned ahead last time a mate helped me out. Basically you need x20 to do the DP with a mate

I paid $350 for my DP install and my mechanic smiled, but then again he was regarded as a brilliant mechanic in Perth before the company shut down and he moved on to other things. My current mechanic...
Just to add, Wood Bro's Mazda I've been to for advice and parts. They seem to be genuine & willing to help. Unfortunately the part they recommended (upper control arm) is $400 a side. I only needed a...
Hi mate and welcome.
I respectfully disagree with the above saying you'll have "no problems with Mazda". To be fair it does depend what dealership you go to but I've outsmarted quite a few...
Hi David and welcome!
Great stuff to see you in a 6 mate. 176kW atw isn't too bad but yes as mentioned I wouldn't get your hopes too high by changing the TIP and going/paying for a retune. The...
I don't mind the look of the new 6 at all. Handsome mean car! Just wish the specs complimented the car with an MPS
Tricky one to answer mate as people often have varied opinions. Personally I find them just fine. The first thing I noticed was braking, as usual some idiot cuts me off every few mintues in Perth so...
I looked into Federal 595 tyres and got told they're discontinued. The tyre place suggested Federal Formoza FD2 which is what I'm rolling on at the moment.
No worries, you can get an STi Lip from ebay, at the time my particular lip (which off memory was an 04 Subaru WRX fit) was about $110 landed, the Lip itself was about $40, the rest was shipping....
Sure can mate @bodyboardingbum has done it on his.
Welcome to the forum btw, and congrats on the car! Throw up a thread sometime with pics of your MPS and B4

Watch this Hayden, might help you understand a bit better on how to use the AP.

I paid a tuning/mechanic $330 for a dyno and to diagnose a problem I was having, all I got was a piece of paper saying my car was 120kW at the wheels (which I already knew it was down on power so...
Welcome Hayden,
If I were you, I'd save on the money on getting a dyno check @ $180.00, rather put that money into modifications and/or a Cobb AP which has been mentioned above. All the $180 is...
I've only got mirror covers for my MPS which stick over the existing cover. However I'm pretty sure the 3 and 6 (MPS or standard) all have the same mirrors of that year. Might as well double check if...
Thanks Fizzy! Add it to my tab :)
I might be interested Fizzy, just flat out at the minute
Haha, we seem to think same same! Yeah, it's probably on google image search but it's most likely referencing the images posted on this forum. It is always a handy thing to see mods already installed...
Hey buddy and welcome! Nice car your girlfriend has!
As mentioned above I have a white MPS6 and done a bit to it, welcome to check it out if you like for a bit of inspiration, tips/advice. I've...
3M wax and grease remover mate, bit of heat wouldn't hurt either to soften the glue:)
