The 4 pot Sumitomo calipers that come on the Skylines (and also WRX's, S14/5, 300ZX) are renowned for noise no matter what performance pads you put in them... I've personally had the A1RM in 3 cars now, and never heard any noise (except for one car which had a very faint off pedal rub, but this goes away with time as the pads bed in and face up better to the rotor), and no one that's bought them for the MPS's have said anything..... yet :p
