Hi guys.
I get this weird sound that kind of chatters every time I go to turn the engine off. The sound repeats for 3 or 4 times before it completely dissapears.
This isn't normal right?

The electronic throttle goes through a self-test every time the engine is shut down. It cycles through fully open to full closed and makes quite a bit of noise doing it. Maybe that's what you are hearing?

I think i need to listen for it, i don't have a noise.. So i now open this has being a issue fault for me not having a noise :)... will have to go and listen for it now. BRB...

I've noticed this, but i find if i turn the motor off and turn the ignition to off its much worse than turning the ignition to accessories first, then off slowly
I dont have a noise....i dont think:whistle:
Never noticed this until Wardski asked if mine did it. Next time I turned it off I stayed and listened rather than walk away, sure enough it was making the noises.
Noticed mine doing this recently after ignition has been on accessory only, engine not started while I test electronics installs.
Maybe ignition was on, but not started.
Mine does it to.
hmm i think this is normal on cars with a sportier exhaust.. i had it on my old n14sss aswell :)
