Help Please will 19 x 8.5 +40 offset wheels fit on a 2nd Gen MPS 3

Hi,

Just wondering if 19 x 8.5 with a + 40 offset with 235 x 35 tyres fit on a 2nd gen 3 MPS, would it rub and would I need guard rolling.

different car i know, but these are 19 x 8 35+. This is roughly how they would sit being an 8.5 and 40+.

Quick answer is YES - anything below 45 mm offset will rub. As you can see in photos they will also be illegal in NSW as they stick outside the guards. You will also have the problem of incorrect speedo.

Have a play with link below - you can alter specs to see what is different from Standard (set up for MPS6 rims but you can change to your std rims).
