Hi All,
I am trying to diagnose some poor fuel consumption on my MPS6 using some ECU logs i have taken using Torque.
Is anyone able to advise on some things to look out for in logs that may indicate what the cause of poor fuel consumption may be?
E.g. does anyone know what the long term and short term fuel trim values should be?
My LTFT is sitting around -10 most of the time and the short term seems to be all over the shop.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

what is "poor fuel consumption"?
also, what is most of your driving, and where?
From my experience, MPS = great fuel economy on freeway, long drives
short trips, stop/start traffic = 50% worse
just to clarify, poor fuel consumption is 15-16 L/100k, mostly short trips babying it (it uses more with a heavy foot).
I have recently replaced spark plugs, air filter, oil filter/oil and have also used the foaming intake cleaner.
hence i feel that it is sensor related.

When idle, what's your stft? Stft will always be all over the place, but the value at idle will tell us something. Also, what's your afr at idle?
-10 ltft means youre running rich and ecu is trying to lean it.
Check for air leaks clean out maf. Reset your fuel trim and see if it changes.
i don't believe anyone can get 0 value for LTFT when idling. As far as i read, -10 seems ok......but then again, not an expert here.
