Hi guys I just installed my kn system with a corksport tip and took it on the maden drive sounded normal bit when I put my foot into it a high pitched winning happens I wasn't expecting this noise so I looked at the connections making sure its tight but can see if I got a air leak or this is the noise to expect at wot any advice would be much appreciated thanks guys

could be turbo noise, could be a leak, hard to say...
got a monitoring device?
I've got a acessport what should I look at
Could the clamps or filter be rubbing on something? Just throwing it out there.

if its a really high pitched whistle, its an air leak - assuming you know what a turbo sounds like normally!

Am guessing cause it's a metal TIP you're just hearing a lot more noise than you're used to :)

I'll try and get a video of mine to compare if you like... I just installed a CS SRI a couple of weeks ago. I'll admit the noise is very different and would take some getting used to... especially for someone like me as my MPS is my first turbo car.
Try doing some logging using the AP and go over the data I guess.
