I'm not sure how practical it is to replace just two shocks. I would suggest a full set of Koni FSD, myself if I was looking for just replacement shocks. If you've a couple of grand to spend on it, I'd suggest MCR coilovers or TEIN coilovers if you've a little more.
Bilstein B8's are very good, I have them on my Gen 1.
