MPS6 Navigation

Hey peeps,

I'm a total noob when it comes to MPS's, I just bought mine recently (had a wrx) previously.
My one didn't come with the navigation system originally, so I just bought an oem one off eBay today. I'm wondering if anyone has done this (most likely yes :)) and if it will be a simple
plug and play or I would need to run through new wiring?

My goal is to get it to work and then to replace the screen with a Galaxy Tab 3 - at a later stage (when I get some spare money) :)

ERM... Mps 6's didn't come with navigation... So, can't be OEM...

Hmmm now I'm really confused.

They didn't come standard but think there was an option to have one that replaced the storage compartment on top of the dashboard, so it may be oem

So there is an oem upgrade somewhere in the world :)

Pointless using the OEM version, it would be old as shit and outdated.
There are some good options on ebay depending if you want a full fascia replacement or one that replaces that compartment at the top.

Just the motorised compartment at the top, I've bought the oem one that goes there, what I'm planning on doing is replacing that screen with a Samsung Tab 2 or 3, and hooking it up to the car speakers and a USB hub.
Has anyone done anything similar to this on this forum? or is anyone willing to help/provide info :)
