    Default Picked up MPS today!

    Yay picked up a new MPS luxury today in red.

    The ipod integration does charge an iphone 3gs. I'm surprised?! I thought it's not meant to work.

    I can't find any specific threads about this, I'm ordering my MPS with iPod adapter and will be getting a 3GS in April (when my current contract ends), what exactly is the nature of the problem? Can't use an iPhone at all, or it just doesn't charge through the adapter?

    EDIT: Found it, what a bummer, I think I'll change my order and remove the iPod adapter if it's pretty much useless with the iPhone: http://www.ozmpsclub.com/forum/elect...ghlight=iphone

    I cant find the thread either, I remember reading a while ago about people having issues with the adapter/cables & aux port. But I think it was more directed at the cable either not charging or the controls on the wheel not working.

    I would imagine though if you get a compatible ipod/iphone with the correct adapter you shouldnt have any issues, and if you do then it is Mazda's fault.

    Yeah found the thread above but since some people claim it works and others claim it doesn't I'm not sure what's up, perhaps there are different revisions of the cable? I'm asking my dealer directly and if possible will go in and try it myself.
