Nice MPS6 and welcome to the forum
guys.
I have an 05 Mazda6 MPS 6sp Man Leather. I live south of Perth in WA.
It is lowered on King Springs. Absolute dream to drive. I now understand all the hype my uncle was talking bout.
Just traded up from a 300RWHP BA Ford Falcon XT (my first car, modded up)
Hope to be out on some cruises when i am used to a Manual again.
I work at The Good Guys as a Salesperson, 20 years old (21 this year).

Rather interesting choice for a turbo vehicle at your age
Smart choice though, would be more reliable than an older turbo vehicle
and far more sexy too obviously he has developed taste at a young age![]()

Cheers guys. My car list has been as follows:
Car 1: Twin HKS Turbo Gallant VR4
Car 2: 300rwhp Falcon
Car 3: MPS
My choice this time was based on:
Looks, Class, Fuel Economy and Exclusivity.

BTW, talking of Perth locals, I drove into a shopping centre car-park off Canning Hwy the other day and parked next to a very sad-looking red MPS6. It wasn't so much badly dinged or "recently" dirty, but showed months of general neglect, water runs, faded paint, leaf stains and scratches on the boot spoiler, a scrunched front number plate, bingled LH headlamp surround and seriously worn, under-inflated tyres. The middle-aged owner came out with his daughter as I was getting ready to depart and promptly reversed straight into the path of an incoming car, nearly T-boning him, resulting in an irate tooting from the innocent party. Not a good impression. I could see why his car looked the way it did. I hope he wasn't one of the cats on this site. Somehow I doubt it. He needs a good talking to. There's no reason to treat a fine car, or any car for that matter, like shit.

thats appalling that someone would treat an MPS6 like an old bashed up commodore or something
Yeah. I had to bite my lip - I damn near said something along the lines of "Your car is a disgrace, you should be ashamed of yourself and you don't deserve this machine"
We all get our cars dirty from time to time, and it's bloody hard to keep them clean in windy, dusty Perth, but very obvious general neglect has no excuse, apart from being unsafe.
Happy Motoring
