Well I am now a proud owner of a 2005 Red Mazda 6 MPS.
Blackbetty invited me over from OZMazda. Thanks for the tip BB.
My last car was a yellow 200sx (S15) which I loved but unfortunately it got written off 3 weeks ago.
Time to upsize. Got to get the baby seat in.
My hope for the MPS is that it is as quick as my 200sx.
I will in another part of the forum some of my questions on the driving experience from the first 2 days driving compared to the 200sx.

I notice in the message box a 'insert picture' icon but it asks for a url. I don't have a website to host a picture on. Any other way of inserting a picture?
This is my first posting on a forum and so I need a little help.
I did just find a way to upload pictures to my 'my rides' area. Do I link to this area?

Heres some photos (thanks for the photo tip BB) of my MPS.
But I guess being pretty much standard except for the front brakes, you would have all seen it before.
How are the front brakes, why did u end up changing them ?
Nice tyre tread by the way, what are they ?
BB, when I brought the car (about a week ago) the roadworthy required new rotors and front pads. So I negotiated that the owner pay for the normal cost to replace and that I would cover the extra to put these on. Unfortunately it means I havn't driven the car without the slotted rotors, so I can't verify if the braking is improved.
The tyres are GT Radial Champiro HPX, which were put on just before I bought the car. The owner did say he had tried the orginal Bridgestones and thought they were the best tyre he had but they cost too much. He changed to Yokohama's (not sure what type) and liked them but found them to last only a little more than the originals. He put the Gt Radials on to hopefully last a little longer.
