New Mazda 6 MPS owner

Hi everyone,

As you can tell, my names Sam. In a few days im about to pick up a Velocity Red 6 MPS. Coming from a V35 Skyline Coupe with about 10k poured into it, this is a nice change of pace (so to speak). I test drove it on sunday, and it was honestly such an awesome car. With a legitimate 37,000kms!

I love the fact it looks like it wont attract much attention, but has the power to boot when needed. The sound system is mint, the interior and paint work is flawless. And the big selling feature for me was the sunroof...

First few things up on the cards is to ditch the tacky chromies.
- XXR 521's
- Kumho KU31's
- BC Racing coilovers (love the adjust-ability)

Down the road will be a load of Corksport parts (SRI, TIP etc just to start)

Anyway, apologies for the ramble, hopefully will get to meet some MPS veterans along the way.

Oh man. Could not get over how much I loved the VR in person. The chromies really didnt do the car justice. When i pick it up, should have the rims/tires and coilovers in, in a day and Ill do a before and after.

Got to work early this morning. It was essential to take photos. I love this car. Turns out the rims went from an ETA of 3 weeks to landing in Aus yesterday arvo, might have them by the weekend. Coilovers should be here soon too

Wow! Have to say that's one of the nicest looking 6's I have seen. Great purchase!! Looking forward to seeing more pics and seeing the new rims.
