86% i not too bad at all, still room to move. When you say 30% E85 mix, what do you mean? E85 is already a mix of 15% 95 oct, and 85% Ethanol. Do you dilute it even further?

Thanks mate, have learned a bit with the Evo's as they can be tuned quite easily, would first have to get my head around the direct injection and its behaviour before I would start tuning them.

put in 3L of E85 for every 7L of 98
turbo was flowing ~320-330 g/s when cooler
