Name is Ben from Chatswood.

Thought I had better join up, just days away from picking up my 2010 Black mazda MPS. ( Will get photos up soon )

Im a Mazda fan from way back and still own an highly modified FD RX7 with a single turbo conversion

Pics below.

Anyway, looking forward to learning as much about the MPS from like minded enthusiasts.

Oh btw Im a committee member on a CAMs affiliated car club called RENEW, we run 3 - 4 track days a year at Wakefield Park.

I am shopping around for a CAMS affiliated car club membership to replace my Japanese Sports Car Club one when it expires at the end of the year (They just don't really do much or have a very active community), was probably going to go with ARDC but RENEW might be another good choice......

Thanks guys, appreciate the replies.... really can't wait to get the MPS.. trading in my Renault Clio Sport.... so over the French car.. and the FD gets 230klm to a tank....

Definitely! i'm always out and about in the 7! - yeah straight up, that Renault cost me a small fortune... BRING ON THE MPS I say!, Saturday should be a good day!

Good choice and nice FD.
I've owned over 35 cars in my life and one was a Renault only 7 weeks in one year it wasn't getting something fixed. Needless to say never owned another French car, but in saying that have had my 3 MPS for over 5 1/2 years and I still enjoy it as much any other car i've owned.

Day 3 of driving the new MPS since picking it up... where do I start?? great car and far cry better drive and ride than my old 2002 Renault Clio Sport.

The one thing I notice is how wide this car feels... even when compared to my FD RX7 it feels wide!

But alas... really enjoying it, love the comfort and over all drive, very happy with the car! Will get up some pics in the members rides section soon...
