Default Drivers face $1000 bill... EPA Noise/Pollution

I'm getting from this report, many members may be pulled over and tested/fined
When a blitz is on, you don't have to breaking the law to be fined #guiltybeforeproveninnocent

God help me if they see me doing a WOT run... Although, that's less than 10 seconds

The way I read that is its not the fine that's $1000 but the testing and repairs.
Dont know how they come to that figure though.

I got defected for a noisy exhaust on a civic I had during a RBT and had to get EPA tested.
Turns out it smoked at higher revs and failed, so I had to either rebuild the engine or swap it : /

This was after I sourced a stock muffler and got it fitted.

Doubt they will have the resources to do this properly if anything it will be very adhoc who they ping.

Avoid RBT lineup's where-ever possible lol.
