Hi everybody,
VersaTune is proud to announce the release of VersaTuner version 1.6.0.
It includes the following changes:
- Automatic recovery flashing! No need to contact our support team if a flash fails due to faulty drivers or loose connections. VersaTuner detects an incomplete flash and recovers automatically.
- CSV (comma separated values) exporting for logs. Analyze your logs in Microsoft Excel, plot graphs or use them in other software.
- Special CSV format compatible with Bradford Barnhill's Virtual Dyno app. You can estimate the actual horsepower and torque gains of your tunes and compare them with your friends' numbers.
- New dashboard/logging parameters: Fuel pressure sensor voltage and Desired fuel rail pressure
- Corrected table names, axis definitions and descriptions for multiple tables.
- Extended the allowed value range for multiple tables.
- Added support for AEM 3.5 bar MAP.
- Added more speed limiter tables, the speed limiter can now be raised where it's allowed.
- Possibility to select/deselect all parameters in the log viewer.
- Numerous bugfixes.

what information do you need to log (boost/AFR's obvs) for use in that dyno program?
All it needs to calculate HP/torque is RPMs.
In the Virtual Dyno app you have to specify the gear it was logged in. It has vehicle profiles for Mazda 3/6 MPS cars, so it knows the mass, gear ratios, frontal area, etc. This way all you need is RPMs.

When is your tuning app going to be ready for the Australian market?
Just curious.

Believe it already is...
