Default Cheap servicing, all cars welcome.

    Hi all.
I'm in Redland Bay area in Queensland, and I'm a mechanic of 12years. If anyone gets stuck for a service, or parts fitting, I can help with performing hired labor for around $40ph. I can't do logbook servicing, but I can do whatever is required.
Troy, I'm not stealing business, I'm only helping you out. Lol.
I can do cash, bank transfer and Paypal...
Anyways, PM me for more details.

Why not log book Jon, if you are a licensed mechanic you have all the right in the world to sign off on a log book.

Some dealers will tell you otherwise, but that's just their sales pitch.

Russ, I am what you described, but I'm not a registered business and I don't have a stamp.
I can do 'by the book servicing', I can also sign the book, but I can't stamp it. I don't think it's recognized by dealers for warranty.
If someone has an out of warranty MPS that requires servicing, I'm happy to help at a much cheaper rate than a dealer.
Thanks for bumping this thread Russ. :P
    I'd forgotten about it...

Doesn't matter. Mazda dealer had no problem doing mine, even signed the warranty transfer for the new owner.
Besides somewhere in the manual it says something along the lines of "while we would like Mazda dealers to service your car, the choice is up to you.

If you don't have a stamp, or business, just to be careful why not just write your trade licence number

I don't think there is a number they give you. Not like a plumber or sparky...

Usually have to apply for it after you get your qualifications.
