I know this sounds silly, but is it something rolling around under the seat?
Having 2 kids, I find all sorts of stuff under my seats - toys, drink-bottles, clothes...

In my case the hub needed greasing, according to a different dealership.
Though that TSB may or may not apply to your car (on prev page).

If they still cant hear it take one of the guys for a test drive and see if you can replicate the sound.

Sounds about right to me. Mine was resolved by greasing something, manager wouldnt disclose what... which is why I now only go to Tom Kerr.
