Oil leak!!!

My car has minor oil seepage from front of engine!!%$#&!!!!

Considering wot cton has gone thru I'm worried now

Workshop has suggested that I don't bother taking it to Mazda just yet as they prolly eff it up n make things worse.

Gonna monitor it n see how it goes!

oh oooo. Doesnt sound good. No good at all. It wont fix it self. Is it noticable from underneath looking from drivers side?
When you say front do you mean front of car or front of engine (drivers side) thats where mine came from.

It would be interesting if both Cton and Sabrelli could post (date built for both cars) may point to clue. Also how many klms .

Mine had 5000kms when it started. 10,000kms now. Jan 2010 build. Sabrellis car is a 2009 and pretty sure he's triple my kms.
Id be very suprised if his car also has a porous engine block given the rareness of it in a car these days.
If his is also porous it should have started alot earlier, from my research it takes about a few thousand kms to appear from new when cars have this problem.
