Use caution when cleaning MAF sensor with Aerosol maf cleaning fluid.

Hydro carbon or chemical contents in aerosol spray can destroy the elasticity of your O ring ,causing non seal .
The Oring will deform .

(1) remove MAF sensor and carefully slide O ring of sensor .
(2) Alternately wrap O ring in place with electrical tape (firmly)
(3) Spray liberal fluid to tear drop and internal sensor wires.

Not all Mazda service depts carry spare O rings , and a two day air freight ex Melbourne will be incurred . $13.00 each.
