Hi all, my car is currently spluttering like you wouldn't believe and I think it's the plugs and was hoping you guys had tried different ones?
If so what would you suggest?
Thanks in advance!

Mine was doin it this weekend but because the intercooler pipe wasnt tightend and my hypertech tune was too rich so i changed the option to a small cai on the ht

what was the last thing you did before it started?

Combination of bad mods?
could be a vacuum hose that has come loose. does it do it all the time? more info on whats changed since it was running fine

Absolutely nothing! I started driving it today and it just began spluttering randomly and that's about as much as I know.
I'm suspecting it's a plug but I'm not overly sure!
And it's been fine for months with the mods.

You jinxed yourself on Sunday, you shoulda let go of that crazy litre of beer and touched wood after you said you'd had no major problems yet![]()

It will be something simple, e.g. a loose hose as already suggested.
Get under the bonnet and start looking.

I know missyand I believe brad said "famous last words" haha.
It doesn't do it on boost either so it's only at low rpm's!
I've had a look and I can't see anything yet!

Mine was doing the same thing a few weeks ago, I couldn't free rev it without it coughing and spluttering, let alone get the car out of the driveway, unplugged and replugged the MAF sensor connector and all was well.
Another area to check is the hose clamp for the intake (near the ECU loom), for some stupid reason certain aftermarket intake kits are being supplied with t-bolt clamps, these are migrating during driving and start rubbing against the ecu loom, causing electrical faults once they wear through the wiring.
let go of beer, thats just crazy talk
