Handbrake problems

hey guys ive had my mps 3 gen 2 for over a year now and now i am convinced i have a handbrake issue after my i found my a couple of houses down parked into a tree with the handbrake up with a slight slope, im quite curious how this is possible.. previously my car has rolled backwards in a parking lot into another car in a different isle with very little slope, once again with my handbrake up.. any one else getting problems like this?

Yea the handbrake in my Gen II is shit too.

But jeez, put the damn thing in gear when you park it!

Pretty sure you should take it to a dealer mate

As everyone else stated, make sure you leave it in gear. Definitely ask the dealer to check it out though, might need adjusting.
