I do like the Asus line of tabs, but the lack of 3G is a killer for ultra portability.
I went with the Moto Xoom 3G 32Gb on Optus, rooted & flashed Honeycomb 3.2.2 and its brilliant.
If I had waited, I probably would have picked up the Samsung Galaxy 8.9 3G tab though (which has just gone on sale via Mobicity and Expansys last week)
