Here’s a car you never thought you would see. Your eyes aren’t deceiving you, it’s an estate version of the Nissan GT-R!
The station wagon was revealed at the prestigious Nagoya Auto Trend Motor Show in Japan earlier this month.
At first glance it looks like the ultimate load-lugger. But actually it’s a Nissan Stagea – a domestic market model that rivals the Subaru Legacy estate. A GT-R-style front end has been grafted on – but unfortunately that’s where the similarities end. There’s no twin-turbo V6 under the bonnet of this beast.
It’s the work of Nagoya-based tuning outfit Kids Heart, which is well known in Japan as a specialist manufacturer of bespoke models for use in drifting championships.
Bosses there say they will be putting their creation on sale as a complete customised car. It will be priced around 2 million yen – which is around £15,000
